Well it is the week before Valentine's and people are definitely coming in to pre-order, so the don't miss out on getting exactly what they want!
Some people ask us why our prices are higher then the grocery store, so I thought I would address that question in today's post.
1. They can buy in very large quantities because they are supplying their entire chain of in store flower shops, allowing them to get a very large price break for buying in such volume.
2. Their arrangements are done in an assembly line fashion, where 100's are made by one person, therefore taking the creativity and originality out of each individual piece and allowing them to hire untrained design staff. Whereas, in a flower shop you have trained floral designers who have a passion for creativity and flair for design.
3. Grocery stores like to provide a wide variety of service, where a flower shop offers a more specialized experience.
